I build foundations and shape the conditions for high-performance. My expertise is in supporting change-makers and teams who aspire to shift their thinking, explore possibilities and foster opportunities to drive constructive change – strategically putting intention into action. Together, we can co-create the approach for making the change that is on their mind(s), build capacity and make an impact.

Achieve Your Mark is committed to:

  • Helping you see the gaps, gain a bigger perspective and see the whole truth
  • A purpose-driven approach. I am always asking: “Is what we’re doing achieving what we’re really here for?” and “Is what we’re doing focused on achieving clarity and fulfilling the project’s purpose?”
  • Creating the conditions for the tough questions to be asked and important conversations to happen. I bring an exceptional ability for holding a safe, neutral space to explore opportunities and possibilities.
  • Skillfully working with, and navigating between all levels of your organization – I bring an undiluted commitment to every person within the organization.

THE VALUE OF COACHING

When I talk about the coaching process - evidence of purposeful sustained change. A change into our thinking precedes a change in behaviours. Coaching allows leaders to be clear-minded.

Unlock your potential - so overused. Allows you to access your ability to connect to their own clear thinking. Their best ideas, cut out all the bullshit and connect to what matters most to them and their beliefs - connect to their own power and act from that place instead of responding to the system. (ie: pressures of the organization and how it works)

Coaching is not about solving a singular or specific problem, or offering up answers to clients. A coach assumes that you are the expert in your field, and that you know the best answers to the problems you are trying to solve. It is the coach’s job to ask the right questions to help you connect to your own best thinking and uncover your own truth.

Achieve Your Mark’s Guiding Principles

  1. Seek out what matters to you. When you find it: think, act and communicate in alignment.
  2. Commit: Lean in! Regardless of conditions or circumstances.
  3. Live & lead with enthusiasm, optimism and tenacity to drive results.
  4. Embrace a growth mindset.

(Team) Collaboration

You recognize the importance and the challenge of the work your team carries out on a day to day basis. You know that in order to achieve the goals set out before them, every team member needs to be fully engaged; they’re going to require a high-level of trust amongst each other and with leadership; they need to have eachothers backs, and to be accountable for carrying out their responsibilities. You’re willing to invest in your team to make it the best it can be.
