No matter what, there’s an onboarding conversation. When we work together, we are setting up a partnership, so this conversation is about getting on the same page and understanding how that partnership is going to operate.
Our work together won’t be effective unless we can build a culture of accountability together, and a sense of shared curiosity about how things are working (or not working) for you as a leader, for your team, or both.I help you identify the gaps, gain a bigger perspective and see the whole truth, the “big picture,” your organizational/leadership truth.
We will co-create the strategies and solutions that work best for you. I will offer a non-prescriptive approach - you (and your team) are in the driver’s seat and make the decisions about how best to move forward.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
